- Workmanship. If a repair or installation fails because of how we did the work, we come back and fix it at no charge, for a full 365 days after the project closes.
- Parts and materials handling. If a product we installed fails under the manufacturer’s warranty, we handle the claim, the communication, and the labor to swap it out. You don’t chase down a vendor.
- Cleanup. We leave your home broom-clean at the end of every workday, and we do a final walkthrough with you before we call the job done. If we missed something, we come back and handle it.
- On-time arrival. You’ll know who is walking into your home before they arrive, with live arrival time tracking through The Relay Standard. Background-checked, uniformed technicians, every time.
- Honest pricing. The written price you approve is the price you pay. No change orders without your signature. No surprises at invoice time. Ever.
